I’ve known the Carabetta family since the 70’s when I was struggling as a single divorced working Mother. Even then they were always kind and thoughtful to me. They were truly one of a kind but never receiving the respect they deserved as their generosity was done quietly. I was beyond thrilled when I learned that Anna had become part of the family, as she has brought even more to them in too many ways to begin to list.
I’ve had the privilege of knowing Anna since she was a little girl and watched her blossom into a caring, kind compassionate woman always willing to help others all while raising incredible children and starting her own business.
I was fortunate to have a loving man come into my life who turned out to be my soulmate after being single for many years, we had a great marriage and many fun times with the fun, caring and very generous Carabetta family.
However the past three years have been difficult ones as my husband was diagnosed with a terminal illness. Anna reached out to me lending an ear, stopping by to visit and bring goodies along with her husband who my husband was thrilled to see also.
Anna was one of the first to reach out when he passed not only helping me but also my daughter who has struggled with losing her Dad. I’ve witnessed genuine concern, kindness and care for others thru the years but now to experience this in my time of need has helped beyond measure for me to have peace of mind. Anna is truly an Angel in disguise.
I will enjoy joining Carabetta Cares in whatever capacity they will have me. I encourage others to also do so.
